Nikki Lavoie is a spirited and intuitive consumer and user research expert, specializing in qualitative methodologies. Nikki has spoken on numerous topics, including DE&I, Emotional Intelligence, the Rise of UX in the post-Covid era, and the power of linguistics and cultural translation. She has been living as an American in Paris for over a decade, founding and selling a successful insights agency. As a former Vice President of the ESOMAR Council, Nikki now leads Savanta’s brand and innovation strategy.
Seyi is a seasoned business leader with well honed expertise spanning strategy, business development, business growth advisory, marketing and international expansion dynamics.
Former Client Services Director with TNS Nigeria, Seyi managed market research teams across diverse sectors and clients like MTN, NBL, MasterCard, Interswitch, banks, Google, Arla Foods, Total, PZ, Lagos State Government, RTI, World Bank, DfID and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
He was also Head of Strategy & Business Development for RMS Group (with operations across Asia, Europe and Africa), where he developed group operational policies, strategy road maps and was instrumental to eventual merger with Kantar Global.
Prior to this, he was head of Product Research and Deployment for Access Bank Group; covering Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Gambia, Rwanda and Cote’ D’Voire.
Seyi is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, alumnus of Lagos Business School, a ISEB UK certified Business Analyst, ESOMAR Insight250 award winner and ESOMAR Insight250 2022- 2023 international judge.
He is currently the CEO of Pierrine Consulting with offices across Africa, the program director of MRA Lagos ,the convener of What-Is-New International Conference and WINx Nigeria.
Pravin is the Chairman of KREA (India's leading Health Insights company) and is a Managing Partner at KRUX108 (Marketing consultancy). Pravin is also a social investor in CAN DO (a BPO, by/for the physically challenged) & KÄSE, a producer of artisanal cheese.
He is the recipient of American Marketing Association’s “Emerging Leader 4Under40 Award”, and the Ginny Valentine “Badge of Courage” award for evangelizing skilling/employment for people with disabilities.
A prolific creator, he has published seven books, with five more in the pipeline. He is producing a music album which will be launched in December 2020.
Pravin is a past President of the Market Research Society of India, a Trustee at the Jeevan Stem Cell research center, an advisor at The Bhoomika Trust and founding board member at the Professional Speakers Association of India.
Kristin Luck serves as an advisor and growth strategist to a number of cutting-edge marketing and analytics technology and services firms through her consultancy, ScaleHouse. She is the founder of two marketing analytics companies that she led to successful exits. Kristin co-founded OTX, an online research business that was named the fastest growing research firm in the world in 2002 and 2003 and was subsequently acquired by Pilot Group and again by Ipsos in 2007. She then founded Forefront Consulting Group, a research technology firm that was acquired by Decipher. Decipher was acquired by FocusVision in 2014 after seven consecutive years of double- and triple-digit growth. FocusVision merged with Confirmit in 2021 to become Forsta, where she sat on the the Board of Directors until its recent acquisition by Press Ganey.
Kristin is a licensed investment banker with Oberon Securities and a founder focused on helping fellow founders and executive teams scale and monetize their businesses. Her deal expertise on both sides of transactions comes from participating in both acquisitions and exits from $30 million to $225 million. She is also passionate about supporting founders in international markets execute their entry into the U.S.Kristin regularly contributes to both the commercial (Fast Company, Forbes) and academic press (Research World, Journal of Brand Strategy) where she explores emerging marketing and research methods. She is consistently ranked as one of the top 100 sales and branding experts to follow on social media.
In addition to Founding, Women in Research, Kristin has also served on the board of ESOMAR, the global insights and analytics association, for eight years; including a two year term as Vice-President and a two year term as President.
